Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all THAMES MMXX. labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
